Our coffee is lovingly grown and nurtured at 1300m in the fertile soil of Costa Rica. The estate produces one of the best coffee profiles of the unique Caribbean shaded volcanic soil. The beans are handpicked by microliters every 15 days, with only 5/10 sacks bags being picked at any one time. This means only cherries at their optimal ripeness are picked
